Jeff Mandrell, President and CEO, founded Integrated Control Systems, Inc. (ICSI) in 1993 to provide service excellence in manufacturing processes and control systems’ design and integration. Jeff’s experience as an Industrial Systems Integrator and Engineering Manager expands over 35 years in industries such as Aerospace, Automotive and Pulp & Paper, including executive positions in two Fortune 500 companies.

Jeff received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Western Kentucky University in 1979 and his Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University in 1985, and in 1990, earned his Prof. Engineering License in Georgia, before moving back to Tennessee.
