Nissan/Calsonic Kansei Assembly Line Relocation, Canton, Mississippi

Our team disassembled, moved and re-assembled the Altima/Maxima Cockpit Module assembly line in the Nissan plant in Canton, Mississippi. This effort was accomplished within the one-week shut down period between Christmas and New Year’s.

The relocation effort included assembling the new framing & structure for the line, un-wiring and disassembling the existing controls, disassembling the old support structure, re-installing the control system with design modifications, adding program modifications, then providing check-out and startup support.
